Gdańsk, which is over 1000 years old, is considered as the town with the greatest abundance in historical sights in the “Baltic Europe”. Most historical sights are concentrated at Droga Królewska (King’s Road), the most attractive route of the Główne Miasto (Main Town), as well as at the streets adjacent to it and those located next to the pedestrian precinct at the Motława River called Długie Pobrzeże.
Sopot’s geographical location is exceptional. The town is beautifully located surrounded on one side by the Tricity Landscape Park (Trójmiejski Park Krajobrazowy), and with sandy beaches of the Bay of Gdańsk (Zatoka Gdańska) on the other side. You can find over 250 restaurants and pubs here and spend some exciting time. Its unique climate, location and nightlife make Sopot very popular among tourists and the Tricity dwellers.
Gdynia is a young and dynamically developing port town which combines business, trade, tourist and entertainment functions. It is in Gdynia where Open’er Festival, one of the biggest musical festivals in Europe, is held in summer.
